Event introduction
On Thursday, 15 October, we’re bringing Business Central and Bevica users together at Microsoft Paddington for a full day of practical updates, customer conversations and breakout sessions which you can choose from based on what matters most to you and your organisation.
This is not a day of back-to-back product demos. It is a chance to step away from the day job,
hear what is coming next, see what other customers are doing, ask proper questions and spend time with people who are working through many of the same things you are.
The agenda includes Business Central and Bevica updates, customer experience sessions, practical discussion around AI and automation, focused afternoon breakouts and time for informal networking.
Why come along?
A webinar is useful, but there is only so much you can do through a screen. The User Group will give you the opportunity to speak to the folks at TVT at length, meet other Business Central and Bevica users, talk to Microsoft and partners, and get into the detail of the topics that matter to your business.
The day has been built around practical conversations. We’ll be talking about what is new, what is coming next, what customers are already doing with Business Central and Bevica, and where agents, automation, reporting and connected processes could make a real difference in day-to-day work.
Agenda at a glance
The agenda below is a working version and may change nearer the time. Microsoft is expected to release its latest Business Central updates shortly before the User Group, so we are keeping some flexibility in the day. If something important, useful or particularly relevant for customers is announced, we will make space to cover it properly.
- Morning
- Afternoon
Arrive, register, grab a coffee, meet the TVT team and speak to others before the main sessions begin.
We’ll start the day with a welcome from TVT, key updates from our team and Microsoft’s view on where Business Central, Copilot and agents are heading.
A short break before we move into the main morning sessions.
We’ll look at highlights from the latest Microsoft release, talk about practical AI and automation, and hear directly from customers about some of the interesting things they have been doing with Business Central recently.
Time to continue the conversation, catch up with other users and speak to TVT, Microsoft and partners informally.
Choose from a variety of sessions which are most relevant to your organization and role.
A final pause before we bring everyone back together.
Stay on for drinks and continue the conversation with peers, partners and the TVT team.
Optional Technical Breakfast session
For the techies amongst you we’re also running a Technical Breakfast Session before registration opens where you’ll get to build a custom agent in real time.Choose your afternoon sessions
The afternoon is built around choice. In each session slot, you can choose the topic that is most relevant to your business - whether that's Bevica, agents, reporting, CRM, sustainability or day-to-day operational improvement in Business Central.- Bevica & BI
- Agents
- Getting more BC
A guided conversation on common questions, current challenges and how other Bevica customers are approaching them.

The Payables Agent vs Continia Document Capture, with a focus on what each option can mean for finance processes.
A session focused on getting more value from customer and relationship management in Business Central.
A business-focused look at sustainability, reporting and the practical information organisations may need to bring together.
Practical ideas for improving operational processes in and around Business Central.
Hear from our customers
At Together Vision Technology, we believe the best ideas often come from sharing experiences.
That's why we'll be hearing directly from customers about the practical ways they're using Business Central, the challenges they've overcome and the results they've achieved.
By bringing customers together, we can learn from one another and leave with ideas that can be applied in our own organisations.
Help shape the day
When you register, we'll ask which sessions you're most interested in attending and whether there are any other topics you'd like us to cover. That helps us understand what matters most to customers and make sure the day is as useful as possible.
