Event introduction

On Thursday, 15 October, we’re bringing Business Central and Bevica users together at Microsoft Paddington for a full day of practical updates, customer conversations and breakout sessions which you can choose from based on what matters most to you and your organisation.

This is not a day of back-to-back product demos. It is a chance to step away from the day job,

hear what is coming next, see what other customers are doing, ask proper questions and spend time with people who are working through many of the same things you are.

The agenda includes Business Central and Bevica updates, customer experience sessions, practical discussion around AI and automation, focused afternoon breakouts and time for informal networking.

Why come along?

A webinar is useful, but there is only so much you can do through a screen. The User Group will give you the opportunity to speak to the folks at TVT at length, meet other Business Central and Bevica users, talk to Microsoft and partners, and get into the detail of the topics that matter to your business.

The day has been built around practical conversations. We’ll be talking about what is new, what is coming next, what customers are already doing with Business Central and Bevica, and where agents, automation, reporting and connected processes could make a real difference in day-to-day work.

The agenda below is a working version and may change nearer the time. Microsoft is expected to release its latest Business Central updates shortly before the User Group, so we are keeping some flexibility in the day. If something important, useful or particularly relevant for customers is announced, we will make space to cover it properly.

For anyone who wants to start the day with something hands-on, we’ll be running a technical workshop focused on building a custom agent.

We’ll start the day with a welcome from TVT, key updates from our team and Microsoft’s view on where Business Central, Copilot and agents are heading.

We’ll look at highlights from the latest Microsoft release, talk about practical AI and automation, and hear directly from customers about some of the interesting things they have been doing with Business Central recently.
